The 14-year-old KWPN gelding Zinius (Nabab de Reve x Kannan) holds on as no. one on the latest WBFSH Rolex World Ranking List for breeders of jumping horses, as he has done since March this year.

With 1620 points, Zinius – that is bred by Mario Everse and competed by Harrie Smolders – is followed by Eric Lamaze’s Fine Lady 5 (Forsyth FRH x Drosselklang II) on 1490 points. Fine Lady 5 is a 14-year-old Hannoveraner mare bred by Wilhelm Leymann. The 12-year-old Westphalen mare Toveks Mary Lou (Montendro x Portland L), ridden by Henrik von Eckermann and bred by Hubert Nienhaus, ranks third with 1466 points.

Peder Fredricson’s Hansson WL (Hip Hop x Iowa), Swedish bred by Walltorps Lantbruks AB, follows as rank four. Rank five is Explosion W (Chacco-Blue x Baloubet du Rouet), a 9-year-old KWPN gelding bred by Willy Wijnen and ridden by Ben Maher.

On the studbook ranking, KWPN keeps the no. one spot with Zinius, Explosion W and Bintang II (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Orlando) as their three best representatives. With 7791 points, the KWPN is followed by BWP on 6865 points with H&M Harley vd Bisschop (Dulf van den Bisschop x Coronado), Bull Run’s Faustino de Tili (Berlin x Udarco) and Gancia de Muze (Malito de Reve x Nimmerdor) as their three top ambassadors.

Timon d'Aure (Mylord Carthago HN x Drakkar des Hutins), Rokfeller de Pleville du Bois Margot (L'Arc du Triomphe x Apache d'Adriers) and Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo van ter Moude x Quouglof Rouge) put the Selle Français third as their three highest ranked horses.
