From May 28–31, 2026, the next edition of the international eventing competition – Baborówko Equestrian Festival – will take place in Baborówko, Poland. Riders from fourteen countries will travel to the Wielkopolska region to compete in international classes from CCI1*-Intro to the prestigious CCI4*-L and CCI4*-S.
This year’s edition will bring together leading eventing riders from Poland and across Europe. Among the competitors in the most demanding short-format class, CCI4*-S, will be German Julia Krajewski – Olympic Champion from Tokyo and one of the world’s most accomplished female riders. Spectators will also have the opportunity to watch top Polish representatives, including Paweł Warszawski, Joanna Pawlak, and Daria Kobiernik. Experienced riders from Germany, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Italy, the Netherlands, and Denmark will also take part in the event.
Particular excitement will surround the CCI4*-S competition, which will also host the Polish Senior Eventing Championships. This class will determine the best Polish eventing riders of the 2026 season.
The competition will begin on Thursday with the dressage of the CCI3*-S class. On Friday, riders will continue with further dressage tests and show jumping competitions. The most spectacular day of the Festival is scheduled for Saturday, when all cross-country will take place. Sunday will feature the final show jumping, which will decide the overall standings as well as the medals of the Polish Championships.
