The next edition of the international Baborówko Equestrian Festival has officially begun. On the opening day of competition, riders competing in the CCI3*-S class for the Prize of the Wielkopolska Region presented their dressage tests.
After the first part of the CCI3*-S competition for the prize of the Wielkopolska Region, Germany’s Berit Schulz riding Caja 43 took the lead with an excellent score of 27.2 points. German rider Antonia Baumgart with Blaya D'ha Z currently holds second place, while Nadine Marzahl with Viva L'Amour sits in third. The two riders were separated by just 0.1 points.
Thursday was also an important day for athletes in the CCI4*-L class. All horses presented for the event’s most demanding competition successfully passed the veterinary inspection and were accepted to continue in the competition.
More sporting excitement awaits the participants in the coming days. On Friday, further dressage tests will take place, including the CCI4*-S class, which will determine the medalists of the Polish Senior Eventing Championships.
