Sporting Emotions and International Success – Baborówko Jumping Show has begun. Spectators were treated to spectacular rounds, and Greek rider Angelos Touloupis confirmed his excellent form.
The highest-ranked competition, the CSI2 Big Tour*, held under the patronage of the Wielkopolska Equestrian Association and sponsored by Grupa DUON, ended with a victory for Angelos Touloupis of Greece, riding Del Rey Of The Lowlands Z. The second place went to Nellija Anna Karklina from Latvia aboard Action Bird, while third place was claimed by Zoltán Czékus of Hungary on Vakachuka.
In the CSI2* Medium Tour (130 cm) sponsored by Pałac Baborówko, the win went to Zuzanna Hana of Poland riding Barbórka. Patryk Skrzyczyński on Jerico secured second place, with Laura Penele from Latvia taking third on Dundas V.D.M.
The CSI1* Small Tour (120 cm), sponsored by Generali Polska, was won by Aleksandra Bamber on Ruby Blue. Dominik Słodczyk on Seven Valeys 111 took second, and Alicja Grad on Lorgan S placed third.
The CSI1* Special Tour (110 cm) saw a victory for Julia Tybulczuk riding Son Contender. She was followed by Ines Jarosz on Treasure Queen Z, and Krzysztof Wójcik on Hipnoza secured third place.
In the competition for 6- and 7-year-old horses – CSIYH1* Youngster Tour (125/130 cm), sponsored by Pałac Baborówko – Jacek Zagor was unbeatable with his mare Chery. Once again, Angelos Touloupis made it to the podium, this time placing second on Qachica, and third went to Łukasz Brzóska on Duc 123 Z.
In the CSIYH1* Youngster Tour for 5-year-old horses (115 cm)**, sponsored by Horse & Business Magazine, Damian Zmorek claimed victory aboard El-Viss. Szymon Stasiak came second with Pepsi Special, and third was Tomasz Zelek on Campari.
There was no shortage of excitement in the CSIV-B competitions either. In the Big Tour Ambassadors Class (120 cm), Peter Lorenz led the way with Chaman, followed by Heike Willenberger on Baridos H in second, and Paul-Heinz Meier on Libelle in third.
In the CSIV-B Medium Tour (115 cm), Heike Willenberger took first place with Baridos H, ahead of Peter Lorenz on Chaman, and Ernst-Frieder Homberger on Olympic Dream 8.
Finally, in the CSIV-B Small Tour (110 cm), the top round came from Ernst-Frieder Homberger on Olympic Dream 8. Bernward Engelke secured both second and third positions, riding Quizduell and Vincent Red, respectively.
