From August 7th to 10th, 2025, Baborówko will once again become the center of European equestrian sport, hosting participants of the Baborówko Jumping Show. This year’s edition promises to be exceptionally exciting – riders from around the world will compete in CSI2*, CSI1*, CSIYH1*, and, for the first time in Poland, CSIV-B classes.
The fourth edition of the Baborówko Jumping Show will feature several thrilling competitions, attracting top-ranked riders from the Polish Equestrian Federation along with experienced horses, as well as young talents competing in classes for 5-, 6-, and 7-year-old horses. During the event, Poland will host its first CSIV-B competition – an international category dedicated to riders aged 45 and above who have not competed in classes over 135 cm this year. These classes will be held at heights of 110, 115, and 120 cm, and will also include team competitions. Participation in CSIV-B requires a third-class sport license and an FEI license for both rider and horse (the horse does not need to have an FEI passport). Importantly, membership in the AJA (Ambassadors Jumping Association) is not required for a first-time start in this category.
The competitions will take place on modern, large quartz arenas with an ebb and flow system, located in the picturesque Baborówko Equestrian complex near Poznań (Poland). Baborówko is not only known for its world-class infrastructure, but also for its unique atmosphere and excellent, green conditions for horses. An additional highlight for participants will be the Baborówko Foal Auction, taking place on Friday evening.
"Our goal is to create an event of the highest sporting and organizational standard, but also a welcoming place for riders, horses, and the public," says Henryk Jan Święcicki, the show director.
Spectators can enjoy a variety of attractions, including a food court, entertainment for children, and opportunities for close interaction with horses through pony rides. The increasingly popular hobby horse competitions have also become a permanent feature of the event.
The deadline for international entries is July 18, 2025. More information about the event can be found on Baborówko Equestrian's social media channels and on the organizer’s website: www.equestrian.baborowko.pl.
